I'm Ryan, and this is my better half, Lexie. In 2011, I hit rock bottom. I was hustling and grinding too hard trying to get in shape for bodybuilding competitions. I knew deep down what I was doing was harming my body long term, but I would push that to the back of my mind.
I was ALL about the short-term gains. Even if it meant messing up my hormones.
I was all over the place emotionally and physically, like a rollercoaster. Constantly trying new fad diets to get that little extra edge over my competition.
But nothing really worked.
What was really happening behind the scenes (That I now know, but then I had no clue) was that the instability of my eating, sleeping and exercise patterns made my metabolism completely unstable. It was a mess, it didn't know whether to go fast or slow, or even stop. I wouldn’t listen to my body -- and eventually, my body won.
I hit rock bottom, and that’s when I went hard into education to really learn how the top 1% really manage their health.
I went deep and studied top Hollywood trainers, the diets and rhythms of astronauts… You name it, I probably researched it. What I found blew me away...
When you get the body in sync, hormones are balanced and the metabolism can actually perform at peak capacity- meaning, less work & more LIFE.
